You will need to either hire a specially trained administrator to take care of it or outsource this through another company. And after getting it all in place, you still won't have the convenience SecureVault provides, giving you the ability to send anyone a secure message without the hassles of certificates or other software requirements.

If setup correctly, 4SecureMail is able to offer all the same security as Exchange gives to large corporations, using same security technologies, but without the complicated setup, maintenance and cost. And you can even keep Outlook as your mailer if you choose.

However, if you already have Exchange in place or using another mail provider you'd like to keep, 4SecureMail can work alongside it. To keep it as simple as possible, we recommend using a different internet domain or sub-domain for your 4SecureMail accounts, e.g. secure.yourdomain.com. However, using your primary domain is possible if all you need are SecureVault-only accounts. There are limitations to this, so please contact support if this is what you are looking for.
